Instructions for Use

1. Hold produce in one hand and draw the peeler blade smoothly towards you along ingredient surface.
2. For long items like cucumbers, rest on chopping board and pull peeler across to cut thin ribbons.
3. Use side lugs to gouge out potato eyes.

• Wash with neutral kitchen detergent before initial use.
