Instructions for Use

1. Place mat flat under mattress or futon with the colour indicator facing upward.
2. When the indicator turns from blue to pink, hang mat in direct sunlight for half a day until it turns blue again.

Precautions for Use

• Do not tear open silica gel pouches.
• Can be trimmed along sealed seams between pouches if custom sizing is needed.
