Instructions for Use

1. Unfold white base plate and rest against brown slot wall on a non-slip surface.
2. Position bread loaf against back wall.
3. Insert bread knife into selected thickness slot and slice back and forth parallel to guides.

Precautions for Use

• Place on a damp cloth to prevent slipping while cutting.
• Use with bread knives having a blade length of 23 cm or longer.
