Instructions for Use

1. Cut cabbage head into halves or quarters to expose flat cross-sections.
2. Hold cabbage firmly in one hand and draw the wide peeler blade across the cut face to slice thin shreds.
3. Rinse shredded cabbage in cold water and drain.

Precautions for Use

• Wash with neutral kitchen detergent prior to first use.
• Blade is very sharp; keep fingers clear of cutting path.
• Do not use on hard foods like pumpkin.
• Wash, wipe dry, and store in a safe, dry location.
